Do I have to pay for Zapier or Make on top?+
No. We build with n8n, which you self-host (typically $10–20/mo on a VPS). No per-automation pricing, no Zapier task limits. You own the workflows. We handle the build and maintenance.
What industries do you work with?+
Solar installers, builders, dental and med spa clinics, restaurants and hospitality, real estate agencies, tour operators, gyms and fitness studios, accounting firms, and service-based trades. What's included in the monthly retainer?+
Updates when your tools change, bug fixes, minor additions to existing automations, and priority support via Telegram. For larger scope additions (new integrations, extra pipelines), those are quoted separately — but always at the same hourly rate.
Do I need to replace my existing tools?+
No — and that's the whole point. We enhance HubSpot, Xero, your booking system, your POS — whichever tools you already use. We wire AI and automation into the gaps, not around them. You keep running the same way, just without the manual steps.
